11Heaven is a general interest publication for Memory Craft 11000 owners. It covers the sewing machine, and its use, as well as Janome's Customizer 11000 software. Digitizer Pro is not covered by this newsletter, but is dealt with in the DigiTips newsletter. Unlike the forums on Club J, this newsletter is not a question and answer resource. Rather, it is a source of news, information, projects, and tips for the MC11000 owner. We strive to be understandable as well as entertaining. While feedback is encouraged, and we do our best to tailor it to your needs. Expect background information, new product announcements and maybe even a rumor or two to keep things interesting. This newsletter is not emailed, but is more like an online magazine, both topical and tutorial.

Newsletters are distributed as PDF documents, accessed through your web browser. To read them you'll need Adobe Reader, which is installed in most PCs by default. This publication is subscriber supported. Subscriptions are $15.00 per year, and subscriptions are always for the full current calendar year. That means that even if you subscribe in December, your subscription will start in January of the current year and you'll have access to all issues in that year. We do our best to produce a new issue each month, although we may miss by a few days here and there. Your information will never be sold, or used for any purpose other than to contact you for subscription-related issues. There may be advertising in the newsletters, but only from us for products that we sell. Subscribers may sometimes be offered special discounts that are not publicly available.
